56-year-old Lee Clarke from Harlow was sentenced to life in prison for the brutal murder of his friend, 49-year-old Phillip Lewis, known as 'Scottish Phil'. Clarke dismembered Lewis' body and dumped the remains in several ponds around Harlow. Essex Police launched an investigation in December after a member of the public found suspicious human remains at Oakwood Pond. Clarke was arrested at his home and showed no remorse during the trial.
