39-year-old former Big Brother winner Josie Gibson is reportedly "gutted and hurt" after not being offered a full-time presenting role on ITV's "This Morning" show, with Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley named as the new permanent presenters. Josie had been filling in for Holly Willoughby but was not selected for a permanent position. Alison Hammond was also offered a full-time role but declined.
