A scooter rider was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver in Harbor City on Monday night.
A scooter rider was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver in Harbor City on Monday night. Police were called to Pacific Coast Highway and Vermont Avenue at 10:20 p.m., where they learned the driver struck the scooter while traveling west on PCH without stopping. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, and there is currently no description of the driver or vehicle involved.
