RV fire on I-90 near milepost 42 caused by exploding ammunition, unoccupied, no injuries.

On Monday evening, both directions of I-90 were closed due to an RV fire near milepost 42, east of North Bend. The ammunition inside the RV was exploding, causing firefighters to maintain a safe distance. The fire was reported around 8:24 p.m., and crews eventually moved in to extinguish the fire by 8:47 a.m. The RV was unoccupied, and no injuries were reported.
