Wrapped in chicken wire and linked together with ladders and a chain, the demonstrators were arrested and charged with unlawful assembly, being pedestrians on the interstate, stopping another vehicle, and obstructing free passage. No injuries were reported, and the scene was cleared by 10:30 a.m.
