Private equity firm Astorg is reportedly considering a sale of its US-based intellectual property software firm, Anaqua, which could be valued at up to $3B. Anaqua, offering software for managing patents, trademarks, and contracts, has an annual EBITDA of around $80M. Astorg plans to appoint financial advisers to gauge buyer interest and proceed with an auction in the second half of the year.
