Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself to a group of children, including a 9-year-old and her siblings, walking their dog in Lynn Township, Lehigh County. The incident occurred on March 11 at around 4:45 p.m., when the man, driving a possible 2009-2018 blue Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab, approached the children and exposed himself. Authorities have described the driver as an older white male with a balding head, white hair, and a short white beard.
