7 months after a defective utility pole killed Wagener-Salley High School teacher Jeunelle Robinson, her family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Dominion Energy of South Carolina Inc., Dominion Energy Inc., PBT Telecom Inc., and Comporium Inc, alleging the poles were more than six decades old and had severe wood rot. The lawsuit claims the companies did not do enough to repair the damaged poles.
