The City of Sparks invites the public to a meet and greet event on March 20, 6:30 p.m. at the Sparks Recreation Gym, to introduce the two finalists for the City Manager position. Finalists are Aaron Cubic, current City Manager of Grants Pass, Oregon, and Dion Louthan, Assistant City Manager of Roseville, California. The city's previous City Manager, Neil Krutz, was fired in September due to poor performance.
