Louisiana ATC resumes vape product restrictions enforcement on March 18.

Louisiana's Alcohol and Tobacco Control (ATC) is resuming enforcement of vape product restrictions, effective March 18. Businesses must remove unapproved vape products from inventory and display, as the state's VAPE directory lists all approved vapor or alternative nicotine products and electronic cigarettes. Enforcement was previously suspended due to ongoing litigation.
