Elon Musk's Twitter banned over 5 lakh accounts in India between January 26 and February 25 for promoting child sexual exploitation and non-consensual nudity. Additionally, 1,982 accounts were suspended for promoting terrorism. The platform received 14,421 complaints from Indian users, with the top complaints being ban evasion, promoting suicide/self-harm, hateful conduct, and abuse/harassment.
