Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers attacked the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital in Enugu State, abducting a female deputy director of nursing services and a security guard. The incident occurred at the same location where a medical doctor was abducted a few weeks earlier. Enugu State Police Command and hospital management have not yet confirmed the attack. UNTH staff expressed concern over their safety and lack of security measures.
