Ford pays $365m to settle US claims of violating federal tariff law by misclassifying Transit Connect vehicles imported from Turkey (2009-2013).
Ford Motor Company will pay $365m to settle US claims it violated federal tariff law by misclassifying and undervaluing thousands of its Transit Connect vehicles imported from Turkey between 2009 and 2013.
