The crime branch discovered the racket's operation in two flats in Moti Nagar, where they manufactured fake cancer and chemotherapy drugs. The mastermind, Viphil Jain, targeted patients from Delhi, neighboring states, and even other countries. The seized counterfeit drugs, from seven international and two Indian brands, had a total value of Rs 4 crore.
