Cambodia's new Techo International Airport, built by Chinese company China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd, is progressing well and is expected to be completed by mid-2025. The $1.5 billion airport, located about 20 km from Phnom Penh, has reached a 66.1% completion rate. This 4F-class airport, once operational, will be the largest in Cambodia and is expected to provide significant benefits to the country, creating jobs and bolstering tourism.
