Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, known as Chairman Wontumi, has been accused by Manhyia South Constituency Chairman, Richard Adjei Mensah Ofori Atta, of attempting to trade the presidential running mate slot for personal gain. Tom Tom claims Wontumi's actions are causing divisions in the party's stronghold, Ashanti Region, and urges national executives to intervene.
