Apple is testing an AI-powered tool to optimize App Store ads for advertisers, automatically deciding ad placements within the App Store. Similar to Google's Performance Max and Meta's Advantage+ platforms, the AI aims to improve ad performance by matching ads with interested users. Apple's current ad formats include search tab and search results page ads, "You might also like" ads on app product pages, and ads on the "Today" tab. The company plans to officially introduce the AI-driven feature in the coming months.
