44-year-old Trinidad Ledesma was fatally shot by Surprise police in a domestic violence incident near Waddell and Dysart Roads on March 10th. No police officers were injured and the Buckeye Police Department will investigate the shooting as part of the West Valley Investigative Response Team protocols.
