17-year-old Maoly Hererra Toscano and her 1-year-old daughter, Sara Herrera, have been located safe after a statewide Amber Alert was issued by West Chester Police Department. The two were believed to be with the child’s father, 22-year-old Bayron Tejeda, who has an alleged history of severe domestic violence. Both Toscano and her daughter were found safe in the Akron area, and the police investigation continues.
