54-year-old Lounes Ouachek, who pleaded guilty to attempting to murder his wife with a kettlebell in 2012, has been issued an arrest warrant after allegedly breaching the terms of his release by attempting to contact her. Ouachek was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment in 2014, with the final four years suspended, after being convicted of the attack. One of the conditions set by the court during his sentencing was that there be no contact between Ouachek and his wife "in perpetuity."
