83-year-old Japanese filmmaker Hayao Miyazaki wins his second career Oscar for "The Boy and the Heron," a fantasy film about a boy coping with his mother's death. The movie, which beat top rivals "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse," "Elemental," "Nimona," and "Robot Dreams," won the Best Animated Feature Film award at the 96th Academy Awards. Miyazaki's first Oscar win was in 2003 for "Spirited Away."
