4-year-old Abigail "Abby" Joy Hernandez was killed in a hit-and-run accident at the Mall of Georgia parking lot in Buford on Jan 4. Three people, including Abby, were injured; two others sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with police. Abby's family has started a GoFundMe campaign to cover expenses during this difficult time. The investigation is ongoing.
