6-time Pro Bowler Fletcher Cox, a key defensive player for the Philadelphia Eagles over his 12-year career, has announced his retirement from the NFL. Cox, 33, helped the Eagles win their only Super Bowl title in 2017 and holds the franchise record for sacks by a defensive tackle, with 70. In total, he played in 188 games, starting 182, and amassed 519 tackles, 88 tackles for loss, and 70 sacks.
