Porsche has unveiled its new Taycan Turbo GT and Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach Package, becoming the most powerful series-production Porsche vehicles available. These all-electric sports sedans deliver more than 1,000 horsepower at peak power and feature lightweight construction and aerodynamics for enhanced driving dynamics. Equipped with a more powerful pulse inverter using silicon carbide, the Taycan Turbo GT models can reach a top track speed of up to 190 mph and accelerate to 60 mph in as little as 2.1 seconds. The Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach Package broke the record for the fastest electric series-production car at the Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca in California, completing a full lap in 1 minute, 27.87 seconds.
