Edtech giant Byju's has instructed all employees to work from home indefinitely and given up most of its office spaces across India due to a cash-crunch situation for the company. The decision comes amid reports of Byju's having difficulty paying its 20,000 employees' salaries on time, due to the liquidity crisis. Despite giving up the office spaces, the company will retain its headquarters in Bengaluru, India.
