Columbiana County Board of Commissioners awarded $75,000 to Lisbon for the Grant Street Bridge replacement and $50,000 to Unity Township for its fire station. The bridge project initially estimated at $1.4M is now at $2.8M, with additional funding of $1M from the Federal Highway Administration. Lisbon still needs to contribute $212,778.54 and has received a total of $100,000 in ARPA funds.
