BlackSoil NBFC, the flagship of alternative credit platform BlackSoil Group, raised Rs 100 crore in equity from existing Indian investors and family offices through a rights issue. The company's total equity funding now exceeds Rs 250 crore, with debt financing of over Rs 1,700 crore from high net-worth individuals, banks, and other NBFCs. The funds will be used to enhance the company's credit profile and increase borrowing capabilities, enabling further growth in the alternative credit space.
