Azerbaijan plans to establish a venture capital fund to support startups, with a goal to initiate innovative activities in six new universities in 2024. The fund aims to provide support for 8 incubation programs and 5 acceleration programs, while organizing 8 competitions for startups and innovative projects. The Innovation and Digital Development Agency will also train 50 mentors and offer online training to 100 innovation entrepreneurs.
