31-year-old serial shoplifter, Rhys Davies, was jailed for 4 months and banned from Merry Hill Shopping Centre and all One Stop stores in Dudley and Sandwell for 5 years after targeting local stores in the area. Davies, with no fixed address, caused frustration to shop staff during the busy holiday season. West Midlands Police and the Lye neighborhood team were instrumental in building a case for the criminal behavior order.
