Waterloo Regional Police have taken over the investigation of a body found in a Toronto waste management facility. The body of a man was discovered at the facility on March 1, believed to have been transported in a waste management truck. Investigators are working to determine the origin of the truck, which may be outside of Toronto. The Waterloo police are not treating this as a homicide investigation.
