Penn State wrestler Carter Starocci, a three-time NCAA champion, medically forfeited his 174-pound match at the Big Ten Championships, ending his 64-bout winning streak. Starocci injured his right knee on Feb. 25 and will likely rely on an at-large bid from the NCAA to compete at the Championships in Kansas City, March 21-23. Due to his defeats, his seeding for the event is expected to be affected.
