Tata Technologies and the Telangana government have signed a five-year MoU to modernize 65 government-owned ITIs across the state at a total project cost of ₹2,324 crore. The collaboration aims to transform ITIs into skill development centers with the latest Industry 4.0 technologies and trainers, strengthening students' technical proficiency and employability while meeting industry demand for a skilled workforce. The upgraded ITIs will offer eight long-term courses and 23 short-term courses catering to Industry 4.0 demands.
