Single mothers in Northwest Arkansas organized "Gown-tastic", an event providing free prom dresses, accessories and raffle tickets for free hairstyling and makeup for high school girls. The initiative, inspired by a Facebook post on the NWA Single Mom's Club, aimed to ensure every teen gets to wear their dream dress to the prom. Over 550 donated gowns were available at the Hyatt Hotel House in Rogers.
