One person was injured in an IED explosion on Punjabi Lane in Shillong, Meghalaya, on Saturday at 10:30 pm. The blast occurred in an abandoned tin structure near the syndicate bus stand, causing damage to the structure and nearby window panes. The East Khasi Hills district Superintendent of Police is investigating the incident, with preliminary findings suggesting it was caused by an IED.
