Operation Safe Haven (OPSH) troops arrested suspects involved in the murder of Alhaji Saleh Umar, a community leader in Kaduna State, who was abducted and killed after a N2 million ransom was collected. The OPSH also arrested suspects in the killing of a retired Nigerian Air Force officer, Hamza Musa, and those responsible for the attempted kidnap of Mr Sidi Kukah, the paramount Chief of Ikulu. In conjunction with the Department of State Services (DSS), OPSH apprehended rail vandal suspects.
