An inmate, Robert Radford, escaped from the New River Valley Regional Jail after slipping out of an open vehicle exit door while waiting to be processed. He was pursued into a wooded area where officers lost sight of him, but later set up a perimeter with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office and Dublin Police Department. Radford was re-captured near 701 East Main Street in Dublin an hour later.
