Enforcement Directorate arrested RJD leader Subhash Yadav, an aide of former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad, in connection with an illegal sand mining case. Raids at six locations connected to Yadav and his associates in Patna uncovered Rs 2.15 crore. The case involves Yadav's company, M/s Broadsons Commodities Pvt Ltd (BCPL), which allegedly engaged in illegal sand mining and sale without e-challans, leading to revenue losses. During the investigation, it was discovered that Rs 161 crore had been generated through the illegal sale of sand.
