China's new energy passenger vehicle exports increased 0.1% in February, while overall retail sales declined 21%.

China's exports of new energy passenger vehicles saw a slight 0.1% increase in February compared to last year, according to the China Passenger Car Association. A total of 79,000 new energy vehicles were exported, while overall passenger vehicle retail sales for February declined by 21% year-on-year due to advance demand fulfillment during the Spring Festival. In the first two months of 2021, total passenger vehicle sales increased by 17% year-on-year.
