24-year-old Tyler Coenraads has been charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury after he pushed a pedestrian who tapped his car's hood on Haywood Road, near Craven Street, Asheville, on February 29th. The victim sustained severe head trauma and was taken to Mission Hospital. Coenraads turned himself into the Buncombe County Detention Facility on March 8th and was released after posting a $5,000 bond.
