40-year-old Juan Inzunza, a Thousand Palms death row inmate, died in prison; cause under investigation.
40-year-old Juan Inzunza, a Thousand Palms death row inmate serving a condemned sentence at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center for multiple murders, died in prison. Inzunza was found unresponsive in his cell and later pronounced deceased at an outside hospital. The cause of death is under investigation by the San Quentin's Investigative Services Unit and the Marin County District Attorney's Office.
