42-year-old Dwaine Craig Hinton, a Franklin County Jail inmate, died at a local hospital after an unknown medical emergency. Hinton was taken into custody after his bond was revoked in Circuit Court. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office requested the Virginia State Police to conduct an independent investigation, and his body was sent to the Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
