52-year-old Darrin Lenton, reported missing on July 10, 2021, was identified as the remains found in Waterloo's Waste Treatment Plant. No foul play is suspected. The Iowa Medical Examiner's Office is conducting further tests and the case remains under investigation. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Waterloo Police Detective Division or Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers.
