31-year-old Brigette Benitez, who doesn't have custody of her son, is accused of kidnapping the toddler during an unsupervised visit in Walnut, CA, and fleeing to Mexico with him. The FBI is searching for the mother and her 16-month-old son, Miguel Eduardo Zuniga Medina Jr., who was taken from his foster parents following a domestic violence incident last year. The mother may be fleeing to Mexico with the child, possibly to be with the boy's father.
