The Vegas Golden Knights acquire forward Tomas Hertl from the San Jose Sharks, pending trade approval, in exchange for a 2025 first-round pick, forward David Edstrom, and retaining 17% of Hertl's salary. Hertl, sidelined since February 12 due to knee surgery, has 15 goals and 19 assists in 48 games this season. The Golden Knights have also acquired defenseman Noah Hanifin from the Calgary Flames and forward Anthony Mantha from the Washington Capitals.
