Uttarakhand woman beaten by bouncers in Gurugram club, complaint filed under IPC sections.
An Uttarakhand woman was allegedly beaten up by bouncers at a club in Haryana's Gurugram. The woman claimed the bouncers "tried to strangle" her and threw her out without any reason. The incident was captured on CCTV cameras inside the club. Aditi, a native of Dehradun, filed a complaint against the bouncers who have been booked under sections 323 (causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation), and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code.
