2 suspects, Vitus Kraus (27) and Florin-Dan Balin (45), arrested for planting skimming devices on ATMs at several Lexington Kroger stores. Police used license plate readers to locate the suspect vehicle, and detectives connected Kraus and Balin to skimming devices at four additional Kroger locations in Lexington. The extent of financial data compromised is unknown at this time.
