300 people may have been exposed to measles at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento after a child with a confirmed case of measles visited the emergency department on March 5th. The child had initially been evaluated at San Joaquin Urgent Care. El Dorado County is contacting those who may have been exposed, and health officials warn that unvaccinated individuals or those with weakened immune systems should contact their healthcare providers.
