India's mutual fund industry saw a record high net inflow of Rs 1.2 trillion in February, driven by open-ended equity funds at Rs 26,866 crore ($3.6bn), with small-cap funds leading the growth. Net assets under management reached Rs 54.5 trillion. Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) contributions hit an all-time high of Rs 19,187 crore, with total SIP accounts at Rs 10.5 lakh crore.
