Former St. Amelia Church business manager, Lisa Noble, accused of stealing $465k, was captured in NC after a six-month manhunt by US Marshals and police. Noble, who had intended to take a plea deal in connection with the thefts, failed to appear at scheduled meetings in November. She has a history of theft with previous employer and was sentenced to prison in Niagara County over 10 years ago.
