A British Columbia Supreme Court judge has allowed a class-action lawsuit to proceed against Flo Health Inc., makers of the Flo Health & Period Tracker app. The suit alleges Flo Health shared users' sensitive health information with third parties, including Facebook and Google, without their knowledge or consent. The app is available in over 100 countries, and the class action could cover over one million users in Canada.
